2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or email.
Full payment must be made before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
We accept card payments, PayPal, and bank transfers via secure providers.

3. Deliveries

We deliver to Halifax and surrounding areas (see delivery map).
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
You must be available to receive the delivery or provide instructions for a safe drop-off.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requests

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
While we take care, we cannot guarantee food is 100% allergen-free due to possible cross-contamination.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.
Orders cancelled with sufficient notice will be refunded.
No refunds for same-day cancellations or missed deliveries without prior notice.

6. Events & Catering Bookings

Catering packages must be booked in advance.
Deposits may be required for larger events.
Final guest numbers and dietary needs must be confirmed 5 days before the event.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of JFood and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
